Sutton Engineering Group recently completed fabrication and assembly of two agitator frames for a leading manufacturer in the residential and commercial building products sector.

The project scope included fabrication of the main frame structures along with installation of impeller drive units and vertical drive systems, prepared for commissioning. Additional components included integrated drip trays, safety guarding and handrails to support safe operation and maintenance access.

All works were completed in house at our St Marys facility  ensuring quality control across fabrication fit up and final assembly stages.

These units were finished in a vibrant safety yellow and green coating system, providing both durability and clear visual identification in an operational environment.

This project continues a long standing relationship with the client, with similar agitator frames previously delivered in 2019, demonstrating SEG’s consistent delivery and trusted capability over more than 45 years in operation.
