One façade is impressive. Delivering the same design vision across an entire industrial estate is a different challenge.

Following completion of the CEVA Warehouse 1 façade, Sutton Engineering continued fabrication of additional architectural steelwork for Mirvac's Aspect Industrial Estate.

The Winning Group Warehouse 9 façade comprised five individually fabricated frames, supported by seven structural posts, weighing approximately 13 tonnes and extending almost 50 metres along the building frontage.

While it follows the same architectural identity as the earlier façade, every frame and every RHS member was unique. There were no repeated panels, members or frame dimensions. Across the structure 63 RHS members combined to create the distinctive geometric form that has become a defining feature of the estate.
